  The 5th "Annual Reporting of Managers and Non-Lab Professionals" meeting of Haibu Medicine has come to an end. The conference is held once a year and is held in June and July each year.

  The purpose of the company's internal debriefing:

  First, let managers and non-lab professionals identify their growth goals and work directions, and recognize the gap between their own capabilities and organizational goals;

  Second, discover problems in the management of the company, so as to improve the management system in a timely manner, unify thinking and solve problems.

  Therefore, the internal job evaluation of the company will not only be a demonstration of personal work performance, but also a reflection of team members' criticism and self-criticism, discovering and solving problems, and trying to improve the work.

  On June 28 and 29, 2016, the company conducted a 2016 annual review of management and non-laboratory professionals. The assessment meeting is organized by the Human Resources Department of our company. The team of the judges is composed of all levels of management and professional management personnel within the company. The management personnel and non-laboratory professionals of each management position are subject to a job evaluation. The assessed person reports to the judges within a limited time on the work in the past year, shows their achievements and progress, reflects on the problems encountered and their own shortcomings, and proposes optimization suggestions for future work.

  After the judges were strictly, objectively and fairly assessed, the evaluation results were excellent management personnel with the following five cadres: Li Chunxia, Wu Bin, Lu Yajing, Fu Xiaoli and Zhang Peng; the evaluation results were excellent non-laboratory professionals. There are four employees: Zhong Ning, Zhang Junfeng, Wang Yan, and Zhang Dongping; there are a slight gap between the evaluation results of the three management personnel and the responsibilities of the management positions.

  After the assessment results are determined, the general manager and the human resources management department communicate with the assessed persons, report the assessment results and exchange opinions, and affirm the achievements and lack of understanding. In order to make a better tomorrow for Haibu, let us work together and make progress together!
