   Some say youth is a song, echoing with cheerful and wonderful melodies; some say youth is a painting, showcasing splendid and vibrant colors; some say youth is a rushing river, shining with colorful waves.

    You ask, what is youth? I say, youth is the anthem of human life's passion, the dreams of youth never settle, the footsteps of youth never stop, and youth is beautiful because of hard work!

    In understanding youth, we have never paused; in enjoying youth, we are still striving!

    In the warm spring month of March, Haibu Pharmaceutical organized the technical level assessment and job performance evaluation for the new year. After the evaluations were completed, some employees expressed their feelings and thoughts about participating in various assessments and evaluations at the company in written form.

                                                               Recalling the 'Experiment Expert' evaluation activity, a small incident suddenly came to mind. Now that I think about it carefully, that small incident seems not so small; it served as a wake-up call for each one of us: we must be serious in our work and cannot have a mindset of luck.
