Lacosamide API passed EDQM review

February 25, 2021, the Lacosamide (LACOSAMIDE) API of Beijing Hope Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. passed the review of the European Medicines Quality Administration (EDQM) and obtained the CEP certificate.   Beijing Hope is the first company in China to obtain the CEP certificate for the Lacosamide API. The event marks another step towards global market.

Inverstment | Beijing Hope Pharma and Porton

October 26, 2020, Proton announced that it intends to make a strategic investment in Beijing Pharma with funds of RMB 50 million. After the capital increase is completed, Porton will hold 16.67% of Beijing Hope Pharma as the second largest shareholder. Beijing Hope Pharma and Porton have reached a strategic partnership in 2017 on the cooperative production of high-end APIs. Beijing Hope Pharma and Porton will further carry out business collaborative development after the investment.
