On October 29, the deep autumn in Beijing has gradually turned chilly. Today, at the Beijing Winter Olympic Park, the brave warriors of Haibu once again stand at the starting point of a new journey, facing unknown challenges. Since 2013, the hiking event has been held for nine consecutive years in the golden autumn. Due to a business trip, Ms. Liu Changru, Chairman and General Manager of Haibu Pharmaceutical, was unable to participate in this hiking activity; however, she encouraged the Haibu warriors through a video message: hoping everyone showcases their own style and embodies the spirit of Haibu, and wishing for a successful event!

In the golden autumn of October, under the warm sun of autumn, the Haibu Pharmaceutical staff hiking event kicked off at the Beijing Tongzhou Grand Canal Forest Park. Long-distance hiking is a traditional activity of Haibu Pharmaceutical, which tests the physical strength and willpower of employees, and the brave Haibu people have persisted for eight years!

Research on Drug Quality under the International General Technical Requirements of Haibu Pharmaceutical

　　On April 13, 2018, Beijing Haibu Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. welcomed Dr. Tang Liya, founder and president of T3 PHARMA LINK from the United States, and Dr. Xiao Boming, general manager of Nanjing Baixian Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd., for guidance. They delivered wonderful academic reports on drug quality research topics such as 'ICH Drug Quality Regulations and Analytical Methods' and 'The Starting Point, End Point, and Cycle Management of Analytical Methods.'

Winter has arrived, fitness walking.

As autumn deepens, winter quietly arrives. On the morning of November 7, at the beginning of this winter, all employees of Haibu Pharmaceutical welcomed the sunrise with enthusiasm and embarked on their annual hiking journey! The hiking event started at the "Ancient Ferry View" in Liangshui River Riverside Park, walking along the Liangshui River walkway, passing by "Deer Circle Bridge" and "New Fenghe Bridge", and reaching the square at "Mila Park", covering a total distance of about 16.5 kilometers. Before starting the hike, staff led everyone in a playful game of "Drop the Handkerchief", followed by warm-up exercises. This energized everyone and prepared them well for the hike. All team members were randomly assigned to 8 teams to complete today's hiking activity in a team format. The team names and slogans are the cornerstones of cohesion. Each team's first task was to quickly come up with their team name and slogan. After enthusiastic discussions, we began today's activities amidst the loud cheers of each team. This event had "Cooperation and Innovation" as its theme. First, each team needed to take one photo based on one of five themes during the hike: "A Leaf Knows Autumn", "Scenery Across the River", "The Road is Long and Winding", "Childhood Memories", and "The Most Beautiful Flower in Your Heart". Everyone was full of enthusiasm, capturing beautiful scenery and emotions along the way—whether it was flowing water, falling autumn leaves, yellow ginkgo trees, or smiling faces... Secondly, each team needed to select one dance video from a pre-designated list for a creative remake. Everyone fully utilized their artistic talents with intense discussions and careful choreography. Some Haibu employees earnestly recreated dance scenes; others added humor; some cleverly improvised—full of creativity! Throughout this process, everyone wore smiles filled with joy; although it was getting cooler outside, our hearts remained warm! Finally, two challenge stations titled "Look Forward" and "Move Positions" were set up along the hiking route. These tested individual focus and reaction abilities while requiring all team members to coordinate seamlessly together. After quick practice sessions and teamwork cooperation, each team efficiently completed their challenges. During the entire hike, team members encouraged each other and supported one another—no one was left behind; everyone persevered until they finished! This hiking activity allowed everyone to experience nature's charm and life's beauty while also honing personal willpower and enhancing team cohesion so that we can face future work-life challenges with a smile. The successful execution of this hiking event relied on the silent dedication of staff who explained rules, guided routes, provided supplies, evaluated performances, and awarded prizes—ensuring everything went smoothly! This hiking event fully showcased Haibu people's vibrant spirit while fostering a healthy, civilized culture that promotes unity within our company—a transmission of positive energy from our enterprise. Sharing health and happiness together; Haibu people are tirelessly advancing with unity and innovation while staying true to our original aspirations as we embrace this new era as Haibu people! On July 5, 2019, at 6 PM, the second employee basketball competition of Haibu Pharmaceutical was held as scheduled at the Digital Manor Basketball Court in Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone. The competing teams were Haibu and Haimeiyuan Alliance Team (Blue Team) vs. Haimeitong Team (Yellow Team). Before the match began, both teams actively warmed up, discussed tactics, and encouraged each other. Once the game started, players quickly got into the rhythm of the game, competing fiercely for points while defending against each other, actively running into positions and shielding their teammates. Although everyone was close colleagues off the court, they were fiercely competitive on it, not missing any scoring opportunities. The players showcased clever passing, elegant turns, and spectacular shooting.

Haibu Medicine's "Efficient Work Methods in the Workplace" training has successfully concluded.

On June 15, 2019, Haibu Pharmaceutical organized all employees at the Beijing Yizhuang Trade Union Education Base for a training session on "Efficient Work Methods in the Workplace," featuring expert Zhong Rui, a practical skills enhancement specialist. Employees participating in the training were divided into 13 study groups, where each group member united for their group's honor, actively interacted, and worked hard to analyze problems and find solutions.
