• Haibu Pharmaceutical has established three major R&D platforms: 'Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient R&D, Formulation R&D, and Innovation & Improvement' based on actual management and customer needs. Each platform is independently managed according to the type of business it undertakes, with unified allocation of R&D resources by the company for collaborative development.
• The company has been awarded honors such as National High-tech Enterprise, CNAS Laboratory Accreditation Certificate from China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment, and Beijing Science and Technology Research and Development Institution, and has been ranked among the 'Top 20 Pharmaceutical R&D Companies in China' for many years.

Intellectual Property Management
      Formed a unique intellectual property management system at Haibu.

• Established an Information and Intellectual Property Department to actively promote technology innovation management and protection, conduct patent mining and drafting of patent application documents, track progress on patent submission, acceptance, payment, authorization registration work, establish patent registration ledgers and archives, and maintain patents effectively.
• Established an intellectual property reward system to reward inventors according to the system to stimulate the enthusiasm of scientific research personnel for invention and creation.
