Haibu Medicine's "Efficient Work Methods in the Workplace" training has successfully concluded.

     On June 15, 2019, Haibu Pharmaceutical organized all employees at the Beijing Yizhuang Trade Union Education Base to conduct training on "Efficient Work Methods in the Workplace," with a special invitation to a practical expert in professional skills enhancement.Zhong Ruiwas the main speaker.

   The participating employees were divided into13 study groups, where each group member united for the honor of their group, actively interacted, and worked hard to analyze problems and find solutions.

    In the end, the sixth study group stood out due to their excellent analytical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and high level of cooperation on site, winning the title of outstanding study group in this training.

    Through a day of training, Teacher Zhong Rui taughtthe employees how to accurately identify hidden needs in the workplace; how to use mind maps to develop work plans; techniques that help superiors make quick and accurate decisions; refined execution"Four-Step Method"; four key points for summarizing and reviewing, and these are five efficient work methods for completing work tasks.
