Creation • Youth - The 2019 New Graduate Onboarding Ceremony of Haibu Pharmaceutical has successfully concluded.

On the morning of July 19, 2019, Haibu Pharmaceutical held the onboarding ceremony for the 2019 fresh graduates in the company's third conference room. The company's chairman, Ms. Liu Changru, and relevant department heads attended the event.

The ceremony began with a video titled 'Next Stop Youth - Haibu', which narrated the journey of fresh graduates from campus recruitment to joining Haibu. After the video, Ms. Li Hongyun, the analysis director, delivered a welcome speech. Director Li first expressed her welcome to the new colleagues joining Haibu and reminded everyone that the company provides a growth platform for each individual. She hopes everyone cherishes this opportunity and works diligently, continuously striving for progress and perseverance, as small efforts accumulate into great achievements.

Outstanding alumni who graduated in previous years and joined Haibu shared their growth experiences at the company. They told new colleagues that after joining, they would undergo a month-long rigorous training and assessment period. During this time, they would be very busy and might feel some anxiety; however, as long as they 'hang in there', they would experience a transformation professionally and face their upcoming work with confidence.

Each new colleague introduced themselves individually. Those who had previously interned at the company introduced themselves with a theme of 'youth', showcasing their youthful spirit and sharing their growth and insights from three months at Haibu; while fresh graduates who were new to Haibu used a 'truth or dare' format to show us their fearless pursuit of dreams during their youth!

Ms. Liu Changru, chairman of Haibu Pharmaceutical, shared with everyone the origin of the company's name. She said that happy people have three standards: hope, something to do, and someone to love! Haibu—HOPE represents hope! She hopes everyone does not lose enthusiasm, maintains a love for life, and continues to grow and improve at Haibu!

The final part of the onboarding ceremony was an oath-taking segment by new colleagues. Their resolute vows echoed throughout the conference room: 'Joining Haibu is my choice without regrets; I will be a vibrant force for Haibu! Today I am proud of being part of Haibu; tomorrow Haibu will be proud of me!'

Youth walks hand in hand with ideals; each one embarked on their youthful journey at Haibu Pharmaceutical, opening a new chapter filled with youthful vigor!
