The 2018 "Experimental Expert" evaluation activity of Haibu Pharmaceutical has successfully concluded.

Haibu Pharmaceutical organized a competition for 'experimental experts' among R&D personnel in the fields of analysis, synthesis, and formulation from December 1 to 10, 2018. This competition comprehensively assessed the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of R&D personnel to motivate employees to strive for progress and improve their skills.

The evaluation team conducted thorough preparations in advance for theoretical questions, practical tests, evaluation venues, materials, and other aspects. The on-site evaluation was strict, and detailed comments and summaries were provided for each participant. Ultimately, He Xingwei from the synthesis field, Wang Chenxiao from the formulation field, Liu Dan and Zhao Yan from the analysis field won the championship in their respective categories.

Through this competition, R&D personnel were able to recognize their shortcomings and better avoid operational pitfalls in future work, thereby comprehensively enhancing their professional skills; it also encouraged every researcher at Haibu to uphold a spirit of scientific rigor and practicality in every stage of research and development to achieve perfection in technology and products!
