Business Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the market expansion, opportunity development, and facilitating project cooperation for the company's CRO business;
2. Responsible for business negotiations, contract signing, and achieving performance targets;
3. Responsible for customer relationship management to maintain long-term friendly cooperation with clients;
4. Responsible for participating in the company's market planning and brand promotion work.

Job Requirements:
1. Relevant majors such as medicine, pharmacy, chemistry, biology, etc., with a bachelor's degree or above and more than 3 years of BD experience in the pharmaceutical industry;
2. Possess excellent customer service awareness, customer relationship management skills, efficient learning ability, and good team collaboration spirit;
3. Have a pioneering spirit and self-driven ability, strong self-discipline, able to withstand high work pressure, and willing to travel frequently.
