Synthesis Researcher

Job Responsibilities:
1. Design drug development plans reasonably according to relevant guidelines for drug research and development;
2. Develop a reasonable research and development plan and complete related work tasks according to the planned timeline;
3. Propose reasonable solutions to encountered problems and implement them;
4. Smoothly carry out the handover of factory processes according to the developed processes;
5. Summarize the research and development work and write CTD application materials according to CFDA requirements;
6. Provide relevant technical guidance and training to subordinate researchers.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in pharmaceutical chemistry or organic chemistry, with more than 5 years of relevant work experience;
2. Familiar with the requirements for active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) research and development, able to independently carry out API research work according to CFDA guidelines;
3. Familiar with the quality research requirements for APIs, able to independently conduct drug synthesis process research according to those requirements;
4. Able to independently write CTD application materials in accordance with national CFDA requirements;
5. Familiar with GMP requirements, candidates with experience in GMP factory scaling are preferred;
6. Honest, upright, responsible, with good team spirit and collaboration skills.
