Formulation Researcher

Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct research and risk assessment for the projects undertaken, develop feasibility plans and R&D schemes, and be responsible for the execution of research work;
2. Responsible for the formulation process research of the project, pilot and small-scale sample preparation, and establishing key process parameters;
3. Summarize and analyze the research work at each stage, and write technical packages;
4. Responsible for the handover of formulation processes and ensuring the quality of produced samples;
5. Able to write application materials in CTD format for formulations according to SFDA requirements;
6. Responsible for preparing the formulation part of on-site verification for drug registration applications.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in pharmaceutical formulation or related fields, with more than 5 years of relevant work experience;
2. Proficient in using common formulation R&D equipment (such as mixers, granulators, fluidized beds, tablet presses, etc.), and familiar with the use of common analytical testing instruments;
3. Familiar with drug R&D processes, mastering professional knowledge in drug formulation R&D, quality control, workshop production, etc.;
4. Experience in sustained-release or controlled-release work is preferred;
5. Good English reading and writing skills; able to independently review and translate relevant literature;
6. Honest, upright, strong sense of responsibility; possesses good team spirit and collaboration skills.
