On October 13, 2017, Haibu Pharmaceutical held its fourth all-employee hiking event. This hiking event took place at Chang Gou Wetland Park in Fangshan District, covering a total distance of 28 kilometers.

The event was conducted in a competitive group format, with teams formed, leaders selected, team names chosen, and slogans shouted. The atmosphere was enthusiastic and full of energy, with each group displaying a strong determination to win first place. Along the way, everyone engaged in lively conversations and exchanges, their faces beaming with smiles. There were game checkpoints along the hiking route, which made the activity even more enjoyable. As the journey progressed and the distance increased, the teams became more dispersed; fatigue gradually appeared on everyone's previously relaxed faces. Some team members found it a bit challenging to keep going, but everyone still followed the flag held by their leader without giving up. Many vivid and touching moments were captured at that moment...

After the hiking activity concluded, Ms. Liu Changru, the chairwoman and general manager of the company, along with company leaders, awarded prizes to the top three groups that reached the finish line first and encouraged everyone to strengthen their willpower and persist in exercising.

On the evening of the 13th, the company held a dinner where newly joined employees showcased their talents while celebrating birthdays for those whose birthdays fell on that day. This brought another climax to the event. The entire evening was filled with laughter as everyone enjoyed drinks freely in a warm and harmonious atmosphere.

On the 14th, the company organized training on 'Team Communication and Collaboration.' This training was led by Teacher Lu Hualong from Beijing Influence Company and covered topics such as basic communication and collaboration skills, effective expression methods, listening skills and communication strategies, horizontal (peer-to-peer) and vertical (supervisor-subordinate) communication techniques for handling conflicts. Teacher Lu's presentation was lively and engaging; through live demonstrations and team games, participants learned how to effectively utilize communication skills to achieve win-win outcomes through understanding and service.

Through these two days of activities not only strengthened communication among employees but also enhanced company cohesion. It made everyone realize that life and work are like training exercises; as long as one has a clear goal and persistently works towards it without giving up, success is inevitable.
