Winter has arrived, fitness walking.

As autumn colors deepen, winter quietly arrives. On the morning of November 7, at the beginning of this winter, all employees of Haibu Pharmaceutical welcomed the sunrise with enthusiasm and embarked on their annual hiking journey!

The hiking activity started at the "Ancient Ferry View" in Liangshui River Riverside Park, along the Liangshui River walkway, passing by "Deer Circle Bridge" and "New Phoenix River Bridge", reaching the "Mila Park" square, with a total length of about 16.5 kilometers. Before starting the hike, staff led everyone in a playful game of "Drop the Handkerchief", followed by warm-up exercises. This energized everyone and prepared them well for the hike. All company members were randomly divided into 8 teams to complete today's hiking activity in a team format.

The team names and slogans are the cornerstones of cohesion. The first task for each team was to quickly come up with their own team name and slogan. After enthusiastic discussions among everyone, we began today's activities amidst the loud slogans from each team.

This event is themed around "Cooperation and Innovation". First, each team needed to take one photo related to one of five themes during the hike: "A Leaf Knows Autumn", "Scenery Across the River", "The Road is Long and Winding", "Childhood Memories", and "The Most Beautiful Flower in Your Heart". Everyone was enthusiastic, capturing beautiful scenery and emotions along the way—whether it was flowing water, falling autumn leaves, yellow ginkgoes, or smiling faces...

Secondly, each team needed to choose one dance video from those designated in advance for a creative remake. Everyone fully utilized their artistic talents, engaged in intense discussions, and carefully choreographed their performances. The Haibu people in the videos either seriously recreated dance scenes or humorously performed with earnestness or cleverly improvised—full of creativity. Throughout this process, everyone wore smiles filled with joy; although it was getting colder outside, our hearts remained warm!

Finally, two challenge stations titled 'Look Forward' and 'Move Positions' were set up along the entire hiking route. These tested individual focus and reaction abilities while requiring all team members to coordinate seamlessly together. After quick practice and teamwork cooperation, each team efficiently completed their challenges.

Throughout the entire hiking process, team members encouraged each other and supported one another; no one abandoned or gave up on anyone else. Not a single person fell behind; everyone persevered to finish!

This hiking event allowed everyone to experience the charm of nature and the beauty of life. At the same time, it honed personal willpower and strengthened team cohesion so that we can face future challenges in work and life with smiles. The successful completion of this hiking activity relied on the silent dedication of staff who explained rules, guided routes, distributed supplies, evaluated performances, and awarded prizes—providing strong support for a smooth event!
